Is my data private?

Yes. All data is stored exclusively on your device. Forge never transmits or stores your data on any server. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I reset the app?

Go to Settings → Reset & Start Over. This permanently deletes all your data from the device.

I lost my data after reinstalling

Because Forge stores data locally on your device (no cloud backup), uninstalling the app removes all data. We recommend exporting or noting key figures before uninstalling.

How do I get a refund?

Refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
